Natalia Pavia-Neves shares a quick and easy Vegetarian Pasta dish! Natalia was feeling like experimenting and wanted a simple pasta dish! While shopping at Whole Foods Market she grabbed products from the 365 Brand as well as Gotham Greens and Vermont Creamery to make this dish. WOW – this is quick, easy and DELICIOUS!

Natalia Paiva-Neves makes quick and easy Vegetarian Pasta!


Ingredients for Vegetarian Pasta

1 package of sweet cherry tomatoes 

1  log of goat cheese 

1  container of marscapone cheese 

1/2 cup shredded parmigiano cheese 

1 bunch of basil

2 handfuls of spinach 

Tsp . Of red pepper flakes 


3 Tblsp. Olive Oil

2 Tblsp. Minced Garlic

Package of pasta 

One pan comes out of oven with tomatoes and cheese!


Take one pan and add the tomatoes, olive oil, minced garlic, goat cheese, marscapone cheese, pinch of salt, red pepper flakes and put in hot oven for 10 minutes.

Start pasta cooking for 7 minutes (or to package directions to al dente).

Take one pan out of oven and add: basil, spinach and put back in oven for 5 minutes.

Remove pan from oven and add parmesan cheese and pasta to the dish and swirl it all together and serve. ENJOY!
