Natalia Shares More: So this video was shot during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. With friends and family stuck at home Natalia was being asked all day long for recipes and what her friends and family could now cook at home. So instead texting recipes all day long Natalia decided to create this video to instruct her friends on how to make an easy and tasty salmon dish and of course a cocktail. On this day especially, it was a dreary day and Natalia needed to feel something bright and tropical which is why she created A Shot of Vitamin C cocktail to go with her salmon dish.
Natalia Tells Us How She Created This Dish: After a family vacation to Mexico with a long 24 hour journey home eating out of airport restaurants and too much fast food, Natalia and her family arrived home literally at 10pm at night…..the family was starving and did not want any more fast food or pizza. So Natalia went to her freezer and cupboards and pulled out frozen filets of salmon and ginger and in her pantry always has coconut milk and garlic and this dish was born! The cilantro was added later, as that first night Natalia did not have the cilantro on hand.
