In this recipe, Natalia creates a special topping for her scallop dish that makes all the difference in its taste. The Baked Scallops With Garlic Butter Crumb Topping is one of her most favorite scallop appetizer dishes and all of her friends and family love it! 


5 cloves of garlic
1 Salt & Pepper
1 Stick of butter
1 Package of Ritz crackers
1 tbs. of fresh parsley
1 lemon


Place scallops in their shell or on a cookie sheet
In a saucepan melt butter and garlic (do not brown)
Place a small amount of butter mixture on top of each scallop salt & pepper to taste (keep in mind the crackers have salt)
To the rest of the butter mixture add parsley, crushed crackers combine until incorporated
Top the scallops with about 1 tsp each
Place in a preheated oven of 450°  place in the oven for 6-8 minutes (don’t overcook)
Remove from oven and immediately squeeze lemon over scallops.
